Mentorship Programme, Edition 2
If you've been applying for roles in the Netherlands and hearing mostly silence, you'll know how isolating that gets. You start to wonder whether it's you, the market, or something about being new here that you haven't quite cracked yet.
Our Mentorship Programme pairs you, one-to-one, with someone who has recently navigated the Dutch job market as an international and made it through.
Not a coach asking questions, but a peer who can tell you exactly what worked: the CV that actually got replies, how networking really happens here, the things nobody explains until you've lived it. You're matched to someone whose experience fits your situation, for three months of direct, practical support.

A few things to note
- This programme costs €25 if you're currently out of work, or €50 if you're employed. You'll need to be living in the Netherlands and eligible to work here.
- This isn't coaching. A coach asks questions to help you find your own answers; a mentor simply tells you what worked for them.
- The programme runs for three months, opening with a structured onboarding session on 23 September, so you start with clarity rather than a blank page.
- The details you share with us may also be used for marketing purposes, always in line with our privacy policy.
